George Skampoulos got admitted into the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Law School in 2013 and obtained his LL.B in 2018. Following a short break to fulfill his military obligations, he sat a competitive set of pre-selection exams and joined Athens Law School as a graduate student, where he specialized in Medical Law amongst other Civil Law subjects, gaining his LL.M with Distinction in 2019. He joined the Athens Bar in 2019 as a trainee Lawyer and passed his qualifying exams in 2021 following a legal traineeship position with S. Papamichail Law Firm where he gained in depth and hands – on experience on Intellectual Property, Commercial Law and Penal Law matters.
An avid reader of foreign publications and literature, he is fluent in English. Academic and professional achievements aside, his experience as a volunteer at the Refugee Camps’ at Lesvos, features amongst those that have shaped his personality and outlook on life and is the one, he considers as most impactful to date.
