On product liability we advise manufacturers, importers, distributors and authorised representatives across the full lifecycle, including risk assessment, pre market compliance, post market surveillance, recall management and litigation defence. We support clients on class actions, mass litigation, settlement design, recall coordination and regulatory engagement during product safety crises. On clinical negligence we work systematically to analyse the three core elements of the claim: duty of care, breach of duty and causation of injury under Articles 914 and 932 of the Greek Civil Code. We act for both claimants and defendant institutions. We coordinate with medical experts, forensic specialists and actuaries to quantify damages including non pecuniary damage.
