We act proactively to identify dispute resolution options early, including pre litigation negotiation and mediation under Law 4640/2019. We represent clients in civil, administrative and criminal proceedings on product liability and product safety, on clinical negligence, on agreement breaches and terminations, on financial claims, on competition law violations, on IP infringements, on healthcare compliance, on Anti Bribery and FCPA related matters, on white collar crime and on regulatory investigations. We advise on commercial arbitration under Law 2735/1999 and Law 5016/2023, on ICC, LCIA and VIAC arbitration rules and on investor state arbitration where applicable. We support clients in regulatory enforcement proceedings before EOF, EOPYY, EFET, the Hellenic Competition Commission and the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. We deliver litigation strategy, settlement design, witness preparation, expert witness coordination and trial advocacy.
