We advise under Articles 101 and 102 TFEU, under the Greek Competition Law (Law 3959/2011), the Vertical Block Exemption Regulation (EU) 2022/720 and the Horizontal Block Exemption Regulations 2023/1066 (R&D) and 2023/1067 (specialisation). We deliver consulting and litigation services and have considerable experience in parallel trade matters in the Life Sciences sector, including supply quotas, dual pricing and the GlaxoSmithKline (Adelphi) line of case law. We advise on EU and Greek merger control filings, on Hellenic Competition Commission and European Commission notifications, on dawn raids, leniency applications and follow on damages claims. We represent clients before the Hellenic Competition Commission, the European Commission and Greek courts.
