We advise on novel foods under Regulation (EU) 2015/2283, including precision fermentation, cell cultivated proteins and alternative protein sources. Our practice covers food supplements under Directive 2002/46/EC, food contact materials under Regulation (EC) 1935/2004, organic products under Regulation (EU) 2018/848, foods for specific groups under Regulation (EU) 609/2013 and nutrition and health claims under Regulation (EC) 1924/2006. We also advise on Front of Pack labelling, on sustainability claims under the upcoming Green Claims Directive and on EFSA scientific opinion procedures.
